[RPPTL LandTen] Proposed Revisions to Section 83.05, FS

Good morning.  Attached is the California legislation regarding a landlord's presumption of abandonment in situations where the rent is not current and the landlord reasonably believe the tenant has abandoned the premises.  Please let me know if you wish to serve on the subcommittee with Arlene Udick and Art Menor for drafting proposed legislation amending Section 83.05, Florida Statutes.
