Subject: [RPPTL LandTen] Printed vs. Handwritten terms
Hi All,
I'm going to trial on a pretty contentious commercial eviction case and there's a discrepancy between the printed terms of the lease and other handwritten terms. Just based on general experience, it's my believe that handwritten terms supersede printed terms in any contract, but I can't seem to find the case law on point. Any chance someone might be able to provide me with that, preferably in the 4th DCA.
