[RPPTL LandTen] Document Retention Question

I am not aware of any particular obligation to retain records.  I have
suggested to my landlord clients that they retain records long enough for
any statute of limitations related to the tenancy to expire.  I believe
would be a max of 5 years on a breach of contract claim.
