[RPPTL LandTen] Landlord disclosure of foreclosure

[Todd Allen]

Landlord purchased home at an HOA auction and leased it to my client.  Failed to disclose it was a distressed property in foreclosure.  Has anyone been able to find whether the Landlord has the duty to disclose the foreclosure?
