[RPPTL LandTen] Landlord Tenant 101.

I think it is a logical issue. If you have a month to month tenancy with
rent due o the 1st and at some point you change to rent due on the 15th, it
does not change the periodic tenancy that begins on the first and ends on
the last day of the month. If the judge rules otherwise, then the judge is
finding that there is a period of time, from the 1st to the 14th where the
landlord loses rent.

Rent $500/mo due on the 1st. Tnt pays rent on the 1st of Jan, Feb, Mar.
On April 1st LL says okay to start paying on 15th. Tnt pays rent on the
15th of April, May, June then defaults. If the ruling is that the tenancy
is from the 15th to the 14th, then on June 15th the tenant paid for rent
from June 15th to July 14th. If that is so, what happened to the rent for
April 1 - 14?
