[RPPTL LandTen] Landlord and Tenant Committee Meeting - Agenda

Dear Landlord and Tenant Committee Members,

The next Committee meeting will held on Thursday, June 4, 2015,
from 9:30-11:00 A.M. in the Dive Boardroom at the Fountainebleu
Florida Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida.  The conference call number is
1-888-376-5050, and the code is 5521424575#.

The Agenda for the upcoming meeting is attached, as well as the Minutes
from the last meeting, which will be submitted for approval at the Miami
Beach meeting. They are also posted on the Committee's webpage.

Arthur Menor and Matthew Sackel of Shutts & Bowen LLP will give
a presentation at the upcoming meeting on the topic of a Landlord’s ability
to accelerate upon retaking possession of the premises and liquidated
damages provisions in leases. CLE credit will be applied for. The materials
will be posted on the Committee’s webpage and circulated via the email
listserv prior to the meeting.
