[RPPTL LandTen] FW: Subject to new lease

1. I believe that since PTFS expired in 2014 the execution of a lease during foreclosure proceedings would not protect the tenant as the tenant is on notice of the foreclosure.

2. I do not believe it does, most Judges in Dade have been agreeing with this position. I wish I had case law.
