1.      If the tenant was not personally served in a foreclosure what happens to the current lease since 2015?  Does the tenant have to enter into a new lease to stay?



2.      If the lease was entered into in 2014 does the Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act still protect the tenant?  Any cases? Any theory?
