[RPPTL LandTen] Commercial Lease

[Todd Allen]

Commercial Landlord was foreclosed on by lender.  Lender has now assumed operations of the commercial property and is changing the rules of the property.  The new rules restrict the tenant from having a dumpster (which he pays for) at the rear of the building.  The Tenant needs the dumpster to run his business.  Previous landlord consented to this additional dumpster for roughly 5yrs.

Has anyone dealt with similar facts and successfully argued an oral amendment to the lease?
