[RPPTL LandTen] Proposed Unlawful Detainer statute

The Problem Study will be presenting the attached revisions to the Unlawful Detainer statute to the Roundtable.  Chip Waller and Rick Taylor have been the committee of two working on this.

The Problem Study Committee has asked the Landlord Tenant Committee to consider the proposed legislation prior to the Roundtable.  The PS Chair believes the insights from our committee would benefit the legislation and sharpen the Roundtable discussion.

I realize the review time is very short.  However a review and comments by the members of the L/T Committee would be of great benefit.  Thanking you in advance.
