The list serve where we can ask questions and learn from each other, is one of the great benefits of the committee.

Jane and Jonathan's presentation Tenancy Uncommon:  Condominium Association Issues for the Landlord & Tenant Lawyer, is a response to the list serve discussions where many members, expressed frustration with the rejection of applications for lease by associations.   We are lucky that the Condominium and Planned Development Committee and RPPTL Section have and are making available the resources to help us handle and better understand our the options when a proposed tenancy is not approved by an association.

We encourage you to come to the meeting and learn.  Jane and Jonathan's paper was attached to Katie Lupo's email.  There will also be a power point which we hope to send to the list serve on Wednesday or Thursday before the meeting.  Both will also be available on the Landlord/Tenant committee website.
