<u>Tenancy Uncommon: Condominium Association Issues for the Landlord & Tenant Lawyer</u>, is a response to the list serve discussions where many members, expressed frustration with the rejection of applications for lease by associations. We are lucky that
the Condominium and Planned Development Committee and RPPTL Section have and are making available the resources to help us handle and better understand our the options when a proposed tenancy is not approved by an association. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
