[RPPTL LandTen] HOA authority to deny lease renewal

I've had one association decline to approve four different tenants and one
Buyer and never provide an explanation despite the fact that their own
condo docs require them to issue a "Certificate of Disapproval". My client
is deciding whether to proceed to litigation.
