[RPPTL LandTen] Contract with well known telecom company - need atty

I represent a load of apartment communities but only do landlord/tenant law.
I sometimes have requests to review/try to break pretty complex contracts
ranging from laundry room/leasing to stuff like telecommunications/cable
contracts. I have a apartment manager client in Orlando that needs a
contract reviewed that they inherited but do not want.  

 

Any takers? Experience in breaking these contracts is a plus.
