The next meeting of the Landlord/Tenant Committee of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar will be held Tuesday, May 29th, 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm.  This meeting will be by phone.

In additional regular business and topics of current interest, we will have a CLE presentation by  French Brown, who is the Deputy Director of the Technical Assistance and Dispute Resolution section of the Florida Department of Revenue, on the topic of sales and other tax issues of concern to leasing practitioners, landlords and tenants.

Call-in numbers and agenda will be provided in advance of the meeting.
