The January 15th Landlord Tenant Committee meeting was assigned Course # 8997 9, and awarded 1.0 hours of CLE credit (Anthony Horky presented a discussion on Residential Evictions and John Little presented a discussion on Skylake Insurance Agency, Inc. v. NMB Plaza, LLC, Case No. 3D07-454 (FL 3rd DCA, Sept. 17, 2008):  interpretation of Fla. Stat. Sec. 608.4235(3) execution requirements for leases of limited liability company property).
