	With the exception of the assessment collection provision of the
condo statute amendment, it looks like we escaped most of the items

	Attached is a summary of 2010 legislation of interest to real
estate practitioners.  The summary was prepared by Pete Dunbar and his
team, who are the lobbyists for the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law
Section of the Fla Bar.  Please note that most of the legislation has
not yet been acted upon by the Governor, who can sign a bill, veto it or
allow it to become law without his signature.  The Governor has 14 days
after he receives the legislation to act.  There can be a lag of a
couple of weeks after a bill passes the Legislature before it gets to
the Governor's desk.
