Dear Anthony:

We have been advised that the agenda item for funding for the new
courthouse is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. tomorrow morning.

The hearing will take place in room 422 at the Broward County
Governmental Center located downtown at 115 S. Andrews Avenue.

As you know, it is important we get as many people to attend the hearing
as is possible. There is strength in numbers. When you arrive in the
Commission chambers you should register to speak on this agenda item.
When called you can simply state that you "waive" speaking in favor of a
"yes" vote. By doing so, your presence and your support for funding for
the new courthouse will then be observed by, and recorded for, the
Commissioners. If possible, bring two or three friends and colleagues
with you to the hearing who can do the same. 

I have attached to this email the agenda item for tomorrow's hearing so
that you can see what is being submitted for vote.
