Program:  Bob Tobin, National Weather Service will talk about the long range weather
forecast and its implications for the upcoming fire season.  

Location:  Terry’s Blue Plate Cafe, Dakota and Government Way, Hayden, Idaho (1 block
east of U.S. 95).

Dinner Cost: $12

Volunteers wanted to help construct and post SAF Interpretive Signs.  Any and all ideas
are welcomed.  Contact John Ailport, Jennifer Costich-Thompson or Eric Trimble for
details.

If you know of someone who deserves recognition for excellence in his or her field be
sure to nominate them for one of the following awards: ‘Forester of the Year’,
‘Communicator of the Year’ and ‘Field Forester of the Year’.  Recipients will be
announced at the 2005 Tri-Society Meeting in Lewistown.  Contact Keith Blatner

The SAF 2005 Tri-Society Annual Meeting will be in Lewistown, Idaho, April 13-15, 2005.
