  Due to the large number of inquiries I received from other attorneys I we are over due for a contractors licensing update. This specific topic I recommend is “protection of the qualifying agent,” consisting of the following proper use and importance of FRO’s, written contracts with qualifying agent, and defense of DBPR complaints.
