  Due to the large number of inquiries I received from other attorneys I we are over due for a contractors licensing update. This specific topic I recommend is "protection of the qualifying agent," consisting of the following proper use and importance of FRO's, written contracts with qualifying agent, and defense of DBPR complaints.
  I propose this as a panel presentation consisting of myself and Mike Sasso, one of our colleagues who currently serves as a late member on division ll of the CILB I have not yet spoke to Mike but have copied him with this message so that he can provide his own input as well.
