They’re again offering a free one-hour seminar, and thought that our CLC would be interested. I’m going to sign up in a few minutes and hope you will too (the link is below).

The American College of Construction Lawyers (ACCL) is a national organization of lawyers dedicated to the specialized practice of construction law. The ACCL is sponsoring a series of thought-provoking webinars taught by leading construction lawyers. The second in this series will deal with modular construction entitled “Building Differently, Contracting Differently: Managing the Risk of Modular Construction.”

The ACCL is offering this one-hour webinar to the construction industry at no charge to attendees. Kristin E. Protas (Deputy General Counsel, Gilbane Building Company) and Carl J. Circo (Ben J. Altheimer Professor of Legal Advocacy, University of Arkansas School of Law)  will present the webinar on Wednesday January 28, 2026, at 3pm ET.
