Nena is a Minnesota-based attorney with the law firm Fredrikson & Byron, where she leads the firm’s Government Contracts and Grants practice and is also serving as the point person for the firm’s executive action response team. Nena specializes in federal, state, tribal, and local government contracts and grants, with a focus on infrastructure.
Over the past 20 years, she has represented clients doing business with each federal executive department spanning hundreds of federal programs, as well as dozens of states and hundreds of local government and quasi-governmental entities. She assists clients with contract negotiation, compliance counselling, and strategic crisis management.
