In case you missed it, here are the draft minutes from today’s meeting.

There will be a joint meeting with the Insurance Law Committee at the Breaker’s During the RPPTL Committee meeting on July 20 at 830AM.  Stay tuned for an agenda and zoom link.

The next regularly scheduled meeting of the committee will be held on Monday, August 14, 2023, beginning at 11:30 a.m., via Zoom.  The Zoom link and dial in information will be distributed by email from Sanjay Kurian to the construction official business listserv prior to the meeting, but unless there is an unexpected change, should be:

Good morning CLCers,

This is your reminder that our monthly CLC conference call and CLE will be today, July 10, 2023, starting at 11:30 A.M.  Our CLE presenter for this meeting will be Francisco Ramos, Jr. on “Florida Tort Reform”.  This presentation dives into the Florida legislature's recent changes to tort laws. It analyzes the changes from a litigator's perspective and what it means for future lawsuits.
