[RPPTL-constructionlaw] FW: Florida Supreme Court Orders on Amendments to Court Rules

[RPPTL constructionlaw]

Good afternoon CLCers,

I received these from Cary Wright.  Attached are Florida Supreme Court rule making decisions addressing remote proceedings including depositions, non-evidentiary hearings, jury trials, mediation conferences and other matters. The amendments are effective October 1, 2022.

Of most interest to this committee is SC21-990.  I am working through these myself but these changes appear significant given the formal adoption of many remote proceedings.
