Good evening CLCers,

This is your reminder that our monthly CLC conference call and CLE will be Monday, July 11, 2022, starting at 11:30 A.M.  Our CLE presenters for this meeting will be Claramargaret Groover, Esq., with Becker Poliakoff.  The subject will be Construction Case Law Update & Analysis 2021-2022: Analysis and written case notes interpreting Florida construction cases decided in 2021 through June 2022, including relevant cases pertaining to construction insurance.  Specific attention is given to those cases that inform best practices for both the transactional lawyer and the litigator in representing any party to a construction contract.
