[RPPTL constructionlaw]

CLC'ers,

In case you missed it, here are the minutes from today's meeting.  Thank you to Bryan Rendzio for the CLE presentation on Voluntary Trial Resolution.  I for one will be looking in to this procedure with Bryan to streamline a few lingering cases.

The next regularly scheduled meeting of the committee will be held on Monday, December 13, 2021, beginning at 11:30 a.m., as a regular conference call.  The Zoom link and dial in information will be distributed by email from Reese Henderson prior to the meeting.
