This is your reminder that our next monthly CLC conference call and CLE will be Monday, October 12, 2020, starting at 11:30 A.M.  Our speakers for Monday’s CLE will be D. Brian King, Independent Arbitrator and Jane Davies Evans, a dual-qualified barrister and Chartered Accountant, whose presentation is entitled “UK Experience with the Use of Court and Tribunal-Appointed Experts in International Arbitration.”

Attached are the following: (1) the agenda for Monday’s meeting; (2) meeting minutes from our September 14, 2020 meeting; (3) our presenters’ CVs and (4) the CLE certificate for their presentation.  Our presenters’ PowerPoint will be circulated separately before tomorrow’s call.

CLE NOTE:  We have attached the CLE certificate for today’s CLE.  For CLE course numbers for past meetings, please have your assistants check the CLC website for course numbers.
