This is your reminder that our next monthly CLC conference call and CLE is this coming Monday, June 8, 2020, starting at 11:30 A.M.  Our speaker for Monday’s CLE will be  Jake Scott, Esq. and Matthew Cox, Esq., with Smith, Currie & Hancock, LLP, whose presentation is entitled “Covid-19 and Small Business Loan Programs.”

Attached are the following: (1) the agenda for Monday’s meeting; and (2) meeting minutes from our May 11, 2020 meeting.  Jake and Matthew are updating their PowerPoint to take into account today’s signing of the Paycheck Protection Program Flexibility Act of 2020, which made significant changes to the PPP program.
