CLC’ers,

This is a reminder that we are having a joint Construction Law Committee and Insurance and Surety Law Committee Call and CLE this Friday, January 31, 2020, starting at 1:30 P.M.

The Agenda is attached.  Before the CLE, we will be discussing current goings-on in the legislature on various construction law-related legislation.

Our speaker for Friday’s CLE will be Brice Miller, Manager and Authorized Member of Hoy and Miller Consulting, LLC, whose presentation is entitled “Construction Plan Review for Lawyers.”
We will circulate the written materials and/or PowerPoint for his CLE presentation by separate email.
