I wanted to let you know that Jim and Daniel, copied here, will be doing the CLE presentation on Monday for the Construction Law Committee on “Identification & Notification of Claims: Overcoming the First Obstacles to Successful Recovery”.

They are making a few revisions to their powerpoint, and will send it to us by Monday morning.

I have my baby’s one year old doctor visit Monday morning, but I should be on the call in time to introduce them unless the office is running super late.  If that happens, in my absence, Frank Moya can do their introductions.
