[RPPTL-constructionlaw] CLC Legislative Telephone Conference - Wednesday October 16, 2019 at 12pm

Good afternoon CLCers,

Today, the CLC was apprised of a new Florida house bill 295 which seeks to make significant changes to Chapter 558, Florida Statute. A copy of HB 295 in its current form is attached for your review.

The CLC Legislative Subcommittee will be holding a conference call on Wednesday October 16, 2019 at 12pm to discuss HB 295 and discuss the position that the CLC should take on the bill, as well as proposed changes, if any, that could be made to the proposed legislation to make it workable. Given the significance of HB 295, I am sending this correspondence to all CLC members as an invite to participate in the discussion on Wednesday.

If you intend to attend the conference call, please be early so that we can start the meeting promptly at 12pm and limit the number of beeps that we get during the phone call.

I look forward to discussing HB 295 with everyone on Wednesday.
