<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Today, the CLC was apprised of a new Florida house bill 295 which seeks to make significant changes to Chapter 558, Florida Statute. A copy of HB 295 in its current form
is attached for your review. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">The CLC Legislative Subcommittee will be holding a conference call on Wednesday October 16, 2019 at 12pm to discuss HB 295 and discuss the position that the CLC should take
on the bill, as well as proposed changes, if any, that could be made to the proposed legislation to make it workable. Given the significance of HB 295, I am sending this correspondence to all CLC members as an invite to participate in the discussion on Wednesday.
