CLC’ers,

In conjunction with this week’s RPPTL Executive Council meeting at The Breakers, we will be having a joint meeting between CLC and the Insurance and Surety Law Committee (ISLC) this Thursday, July 25 starting at 10:30 a.m.

Thursday’s meeting will have an abbreviated agenda (attached), but we plan to have a short update on the status of CLC’s legislative proposal.

Also, our own Sanjay Kurian will be presenting a “Case Law Update” for CLE credit.
