This is a reminder of our monthly CLC conference call and CLE scheduled for today, April 10, 2017, at 11:30 A.M.

Our speaker for today's CLE will be Amanda Anderson, Esq., of Boyle & Leonard, P.A. in Tampa, FL.   Ms. Anderson will speak to us about "Rip and Tear," "Get to" and "Access Costs."   "Rip and Tear", "Get to" or "Access Costs" are a frequent point of contention in construction defect litigation, but Florida courts appear to have decided that coverage exists for damages caused by the need to remove, or replace non-defective work to get to and repair the defective work or products.
