Dear CLC Subscribers,

This message is written to request your assistance completing the 2017 schedule of CLC presentations.  As you are all aware, the second Monday of each month the CLC presents interesting and engaging construction law related presentations by telephone conference from 11:30 to 1:00 pm that qualify for CLE credits.  In order to bring to you the best programming, we request your feedback to suggest interesting topics, to nominate engaging speakers and, if you are so inclined, to volunteer to make a presentation in one of the nine remaining sessions.

Please respond to Randy Dow (rdow at boydjen.com<mailto:rdow at boydjen.com>) and Scott Lehman (slehman at eisenberglehman.com<mailto:slehman at eisenberglehman.com>) directly if you would like to:


*         suggest a topic without a speaker in which case we will try to find an appropriate speaker.

*         recommend a topic with a speaker.  Please provide contact information for the recommended speaker and we will reach out to them.

*         volunteer yourself to make a presentation in one of the nine remaining sessions.  If so, please identify the dates that you are available to make the presentation from the dates below:
