Our CLE speaker today is Lee Weintraub. Lee will present a checklist of best practices for evaluating and preparing claims of lien.  When you receive an opponent's claim of lien, what things should you immediate consider, simply from the face of the lien, to preliminarily assess its merits and validity?  Similarly, what should you consider when asked to draft a client's lien?  Lee will present a handy checklist for you to follow for all your future liens and lien evaluations.
