This is a reminder of our monthly CLC conference call and CLE scheduled for this coming Monday, April 11, 2016, at 11:30 A.M.

Our speakers for Monday's CLE will be Kansas Gooden, Esq. and Andrew Abramovich, Esq., of Boyd & Jenerette, P.A., and their presentation is entitled: "PROPORTIONALITY IS THE NEW BLACK:  The first 100 days of the "new" Rule 26  - what the early decisions can tell us about how discovery-intensive construction claims will be addressed."
