Please disregard the previous minutes, or if you reviewed them, please see attached.  A correction was made in the legislative report to clarify that the anticipated proposed bill from Rep. Cochran is reported to only prohibit liens from non-privity lienors on single family residential construction projects.  The previous version of the minutes did not specify that it was limited to single family residential.  

I usually gather corrections for a few days or weeks and simply circulate a corrected version before the meeting if corrections are made, but I did not want anyone to be alarmed by what was reported as a much bigger change to the lien law that what is actually proposed.
