Our monthly telephonic meeting of the Construction Law Committee will begin at 11:30AM today with business first and then our CLE presentation at noon or as soon as the business portion of our meeting is concluded.

Mark Smith will give an update, wrap up and post-mortem on Chinese Drywall litigation.  Topics covered will include the origin of Chinese Drywall litigation, its procedural history and development, as well as it current status and partial resolution, with a focus on issues remaining to be addressed with Chinese manufacturers and lessons learned going forward.
