[RPPTL-constructionlaw] Minutes from Today's meeting

CLC Members:

Attached is a draft of the minutes from today's meeting.  A revised version will be circulated on the morning of the June meeting for approval at that time.  All persons who gave a report, please email me directly if you have information you would like in the minutes that I did not record.  It was very difficult to hear during some reports due to the beeps coming from people joining the call.
