Subject: Mechanical Engineer Referral

CLC Members:

I represent a unit owner of a midrise with plumbing issues. The stacked units share a common drain which has backed up multiple times into my client’s unit as well as on other floors. The single drain pipe t’s off to each unit.

The most apparent issues are use of garbage disposals clogging the lines and some sharp bends. Nothing has been resolved beyond repeated flushing of the lines.

Can anyone recommend a guru who has dealt with similar situations and might engineer a fix?

Thanks.

Barry
