[RPPTL-constructionlaw] Minutes from Today's Meeting

CLC Members:

In a new world record for meeting minute turn around, attached are the minutes from today's meeting in case you were not able to attend.  They will be circulated prior to the next meeting for approval.

The next meeting will be on Monday, April 8, 2013 at 130am.

For those who attended, we apologize for the noise during the call.  We will do all we can to avoid the problem on future calls.
