[RPPTL-constructionlaw] Its time for Arnie to fly!

CLC Gang:  I think it was the '70's Canadian rock group R.E.O.
Speedwagon who coined the phrase; "It's time for me to fly."  While I am
not comparing my two (2) year reign as the CLC's Chair to a flamed-out
romance, it appears that I'm out-of-here.   (This is the point where
Hardy jumps-up on his prep school desk and shouts "Oh Captain, My
Captain" while giving his best Ethan Hawke impression.  Yes - that makes
me Robin Williams). 

Let me tell everyone that I've had an absolute blast running the CLC for
the last two (2) years and I cannot thank each of you enough for
indulging me during that time.   I couldn't have asked for a better
supporting cast of Officers and Subcommittee Chairs and Vice Chairs. 

Brian Wolf, my predecessor as CLC Chair, and April Adkins, my Co-Vice
Chair at the time, had the CLC in tip-top shape when I took-over so it
was very easy to manage.  The CLC is in fine hands with Hardy as its
incoming Chair starting sometime in July. Of course, Lisa, Scott and Rob
will continue to serve us all as well. 

See attached the agenda for Monday's CLC conference call. We have an
exciting CLE presenter and lots of business to discuss. Please try to
join us.  

For each of you trying to grasp what life without me will be like, I
hope that you will find some level of comfort in a quote by my favorite
author, Dr. Seuss; "Don't cry because it's over. Smile because it
happened."
