Gang:  Happy New Year!!! Sorry for the sluggish start to the 2012 CLC
season.  

 

See attached the Agenda for today's 11:30 a.m. CLC teleconference. Also
attached are: (1)  the CLC Membership Roster; (2) the minutes from the
CLC's November 2011 meeting; and (3) the materials for today's CLE
presentation.  

 

We are very fortunate to have Deborah Mastin and Larry Leiby speaking
today.  While I have never had an occasion to appear before a Dispute
Review Board,  I am looking forward to their presentation.
