Keep in mind the Construction Certification Review Course will be held
simultaneously and in the same facility, so those of you intending to
take the exam, brush up on the fundamentals of construction law or
otherwise planning on taking the review course should also book your
hotel room and watch for the upcoming registration brochure.

Everyone:

Attached is a Save the Date flyer for the 6th Annual Construction Law
Institute scheduled for March 7-9, 2013, at the Rosen Shingle Creek,
near Orlando.  It is shaping up to be an outstanding Institute.  As in
the past, the faculty is first rate, including leaders in Florida
Construction Law and nationally.  We have recently extended invitations
to each of the state's Complex Business Court Judges and to the Chief
Judges of the state's District Court's of Appeal (to either attend or
send a designee appellate judge).  To date, we have already received
confirmation from a Business Court Judge and an Appellate Judge from the
2nd DCA.  We expect more to accept the invitations.

We are also very pleased to announce that Chief Justice Ricky Polston of
the Florida Supreme Court will be speaking at the Saturday Breakfast.
Justice Polston is relatively new to the Florida Supreme Court, and has
just rotated on as the Chief Justice.

I want to thank the Institute Committee for its hard work is developing
the program for next year and continuing the tradition of providing an
excellent program, including the 6th Annual Golf Tournament, scheduled
for Thursday, March 7, 2012.

I also want to encourage you to make your reservations with the Hotel
soon, as we expect the block rooms to be taken quickly.  As you may
recall, we have sold out the block rooms in the past several years.

We look forward to seeing everyone at the 6th Annual Institute.
