[RPPTL-constructionlaw] Feedback on suggested arbitrator/mediator in Orlando

I have a case in which H. David Luff has been suggested as an arbitrator/mediator by opposing counsel. I was wondering if any of you have had experience with Mr. Luff as I have not.
