[CLC-Discussion] CLC Pro Bono/JALA - 78 year old widow/roofing material lienor foreclosure suit

Jacksonville Area Legal Aid is seeking pro bono construction attorneys to
either co-counsel with Legal Aid staff counsel *or* to serve as a
mentor/expert resource for the case.
JALA summarizes the matter as follows.
A 78-year old widow needs assistance defending a Duval County lien
foreclosure lawsuit from the materials supplier as it appears the roofing
contractor failed to pay the supplier.
The roofer may be going out of business.  News4Jax reported on this issue.
Owner says he will "make whole" but did not.
Client has filed a motion to enlarge time to answer the suit. No order
responding yet.
Amount claimed owed in complaint $7565.87. Lien says the same.  Does not
match invoices attached to complaint. $7177.52.  Client says they did not
receive the Notice to Owner.
