[CLC-Discussion] Mediators Judge Mary Ellen Williams and Judge Jeri Somers

Good afternoon all,

I have a construction dispute heading to mediation on a federal project.  Judge Mary Ellen Williams and Judge Jeri Somers have been recommended as potential mediators.  Both are former judges for the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals.

I'm curious if anyone has ever used either judge as a mediator and can provide some thoughts about their effectiveness.
