<p class="MsoNormal">I have a construction dispute heading to mediation on a federal project. Judge Mary Ellen Williams and Judge Jeri Somers have been recommended as potential mediators. Both are former judges for the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I’m curious if anyone has ever used either judge as a mediator and can provide some thoughts about their effectiveness.<o:p></o:p></p>
